Hi! I called the provincial office today. A nice lady said she will review my file and conduct background check tomorrow. Is that means she will make a decision tomorrow? How long they usually spent on back ground check?

Probably, something you should have asked her, when you were talking to her. The only advice I can give you, is to have lots of patience. You're in Ontario and you're talking about "gun stuff" - the various agencies that deal with "gun stuff" are glacially slow.
