Just curious what a reinforced enclosed rail is? My wife's Bul Storm has this as a description...

"High capacity reinforced enclosed rail steel frame double action auto in 9x19mm with three-dot sights, factory 4.5-5.5lb trigger, contoured beavertail-type rear frame extension, and no-slip rubber grips. Includes 2 10 rnd. mags. "

BTW one of the best 9mm I have ever shot.

It means is that while your pistol's frame is made of plastic, the rails on which the slide moves are made of steel and molded into the frame.

Enclosed rail refers to a slide that runs inside the rails (like the CZ or Sig-Petter -P210- style) instead of outside the rails like a 1911. Reinforced refers to the side wall thickness at the thinnest point of the frame in the rail groove.

How many 9mm pistols have you ever shot? Which of them would you put in the group you call "the best" 9mm pistols you have ever shot? And where would you rank this one amongst that group?

E.g. The Browning Hi-Power is the best 9mm pistol I have ever shot. (The sample group of 9mm pistols I have ever shot consists of:
the Browning Hi-Power.
It is unequivocally the best of that group.)
