relaoding for my 7mm rem mag

hey guys, I have to buy some new dies for my 7mm rm and i'm wondering what people use. I've done a bit of reading and i'm thinking about getting an rcbs neck sizing die and bullet seater, the base model one for like $50 or something. But then i've read that i'll need to full length resize my brass at some point anyways so i should just get the full length resizer. and then since it's a belted case i should get the belted magnum collet die from inovative industries... what are peoples thoughts? I'm not planning on becoming an f class competition shooter so i don't need $200 dollar dies, I like to make precise ammuntion though.

Can't you just neck size only with a FL die by not running the brass all the way into the die? I usually just FL size simply because I have a lot of brass on hand and I don't usually go threw more than 2 boxes a year per rifle I own.
