Long story short, purchased a case of CCI minimags in store during the mad sale (after lining up for 4 hours) and it was short 1000 rounds.

Found out at 6pm Saturday when I got home, called, but their phone lines were off for the weekend. Left a message on their website and got a response Sunday night.

They offered to remedy the situation right there and then, no questions asked. I'm just amazed at their customer service and speed. Only been in the hobby for a couple months, but I wish all stores were like this.

Reliable is the best. My non-pal gf went in for help with buying cleaning supplies for my birthday and she said they were super friendly and awesome. She has a high standard for customer service.
 
I second that. I was eagerly awaiting the delivery of my Vz and beginning to get anxious after a few days. It seemed like a busy week at the shop for them. Nick had Dan, of the guys, go to the shop on his day off and get it to the post office for delivery. I got it the next day. I am going to send Dan a tip (as soon as I'm not poor, lol) for having his day off interrupted. It was very much appreciated.
 
Reliable have always been top notch for customer service, great friendly staff and owners.
 
I had made a mistake in my credit card info. Got a email 20 hrs later letting me know, and they phoned.me today to make sure I got the deal. Stoked on them. Makes the 4th gun I've bought from you guys since I got my license in Aug. Others were all first visit
 
I just got a call from them to tell me the American Eagle 9mm 124gr 1000rnds I bought was sold out! Bummer right? Not really cause they are the sh*t! They upgraded me to a case of Fiocchi at no extra cost. This is my first experience with these guys and I am super impressed.

tried to get a part for my 870 from both Remington and the Gravel agency... Remington guy hung up on me because I was calling from Canada, and the Gravel agency person spazzed on me because I wanted to know how much shipping was but she couldn't tell me

called Reliable and the guy had the part set aside for me, was half the price I was quoted, and what a shock... actually polite, friendly, and helpful
 
Now if they would only move to a more accessible location and double their store size, life would be perfect. I don't get the attraction for all the gun stores in Vancouver to stay in an area that is near impossible to get to and find parking. At least for a non city person like myself with a large pickup. Now I hear a Bass Pro shop is coming to Richmond... WTF ???? Still love Reliable by the way.

They actually do this sort of upgrade quite regularly.

family tradition of treating customers well :) always a pleasure to go in there and buy something. They treat everyone that walks in well, and the sale turn out and online sale is proof of that! Reliable sets the bar for how to treat customers.

they should just open a north Van branch, with a range. I'd be there every day after class.

if that ever happened i might move back to BC.... but im pretty sure North Van city and/or district would never allow another range. Assume you are at Cap, which means you are closest to the last range in N. Van to exist (i think)
