reload info sheets

wondering what everyone uses for keeping track of reloads. speciffically when working up a load. could people post the templates they use?
possibly make it a sticky?

Okay, I'll bring this back up, as I've got the same question.
I'm no rocket scientist, so I don't need anything too complicated.
Just a simple format the would help me track the relevant info.
Maybe there's something on the net I could download then print?

i just run off a few of the standard spread sheet grid in excel- all you need is an x, y grid
