Hi Sydney. I have been using Reloder 12 in my 222 for ages. It picks me that this great powder is discontinued.
I have some yet, so good for a bit.
I use CCI 400 or Remington 6½ primers to fire 23.4 grains of RL12 with 52/53 grain bullets in my 700 "Classic"
Start 1 grain below and work up to there, please. This powder yields ½ moa right out past 200 meters in my
rifle. Dave.

I'm only finding Alliant loads for RL 7 and RL 10X from Loaddata.com for 222 Rem.

I have to agree with this. It will be my go-to powder in my 222 once the RL 12 is gone. Dave.
