Yup. That’s my understanding as well; and for all Alliant powders for that matter.

Alliant powder has been very scarce for a while now, haven't seen any distributers with any for over a year but then I haven't really been looking, I had a good stock of RL25 but it didn't work as good as H4831 or H1000 in my 7mm PRC I managed to trade 4 lbs for H4831, I took the last 4 lbs to my table at the gun show a couple weeks ago and had it marked at $110 / pound it sold in less than an hour, maybe I sold it to cheap but it's all good as I bought 4 pounds H1000 from another vendor for $85 a pound came out $100 ahead and got the powder I needed.

Alliant is currently not selling powder for reloading due to a worldwide shortage of nitrocellulose. Their supply agreement has been suspended, and existing and new orders will not be fulfilled. Retailers have reported dwindling supplies, and replenishment has been slow.

Alliant powder is made in Sweden. Their primary source of nitrocellulose WAS Russia. I think this explains things a little... when you consider the geography and their tie to the Ukraine... Time to find a new powder load... Cheers

I think some Alliant powders are made in the US as there are some like red and green dot and Unique that are slowly showing up at retailers down south
We of course are not getting squat
