Just wondering if anyone's tried this combination with good results. Read a little bit on an Alaska forum, but not a lot of information. Would like to try this, but no data in Sierra, Barnes, Lyman 49, or the Nosler manuals. Would like to try 200gr Accubonds. Any information would be greatly apprieciated.

I just shot 20 rounds yesterday - 200 gr accubonds...10ea 64gr re17, and 10ea 66gr re17, win brass, win primers... no sign of excessive pressure

Both shot around an inch, i dont have a chrony so cant tell you exact speed

Looks like a good powder!

Some data here from the horses mouth using 200s but not accubonds. They cite 2,897MV with a 24" barrel -

I agree with chrismc it looks like a good possibility - try it.

I used the same case but necked up to use .358" bullets and got 2902MV chronographed using 225 partitions with 75grs of ReL17 and a 22" tube. I found no evident overly high pressure indicators. Another rifle I'm aware of with a 24" tube in the same wildcat chambering makes 2950MV. Of course the original parent .323" version would not quite make that safely with 225s I would guess.
