reloading 10mm

no absolutely nothing about reloading but thinking about getting into it, my question is it possible to reload jacketed ammunition, any special tool required or is this just something that can be done at the facotry. i want to reload 10mm to go through a glock 20, but unjacketed ammo is highly disaproved of with glocks.

There is no difference, just buy jacketed bullets, and the appropriate reloading supplies, I have reloaded nothing but jacketed for the last 8 years
