Who manufactures single stage 28ga reloading presses now? Was speaking with a lee distributor and they haven’t seen. 28ga reloaded in some time.
Just looking to get back into skeet and any help would be appreciated.

I have always used MEC for all my 28ga requirements and to add if buying new pay the extra and get a sizemaster for the auto primer feed and collet resizer
Cheers

MEC work fine and are affordable. I use a MEC 9000 to load 28 gauge for skeet and will be picking a second one up for 410, but for a single stage, I would go with a Sizemaster.

Mec has 28 ga loaders and are a reasonably priced loader that gives acceptable performance. Ponsness and Warren also makes 28 ga loaders. The model 375 is a single stage loader that has all the dies on a plate. Two gauges can be placed on a single plate or disc and changing from one gauge to another is very simple and requires NO adjustments. Extra discs or plates can be purchased and other gauges can be installed on them. I have replaced all my Mec loaders except my 10 ga 2 7/8 in loader with P&W.

My PW800C was much faster than my MEC9000, but it also cost twice as much.
