Do you guys think it's still possible,

Apparently Lee still makes the dies but what about the brass ?

Brass can be had. Easy to reload. Reloading is easier than keeping yourself supplied with factory ammunition.

I use to reload it for savage 99 when i had it.Very easy to get very good loads with cast bullets.I can share my data and still have the dies (for sale) if you want them.

btw- i did try converting 30-30 brass to 303 sav .IT WORKED but with some brands of brass.

I form my brass from another cartridge. There are several you can use. Just Google Savage 303 and you will find instructions. Easiest is the 220 Swift, shoots well but doesn't cycle properly in my guns. I am just learning how well the 303 handles cast bullets. I am using a 195 grain gas check and getting excellent accuracy. I am a great 30-30 fan, but the savage has interesting perks.

Graf's imports Privi brass in .303 Savage and Trade-ex carries some of the other calibers .Ask them to order you some if they can?Harold I read somewhere about people using .307 Win brass for forming .303 Savage

I don't know how they would use .307 Win. cases as the solid head section would have to be reduced too much, before you get too far into reloading equip. I'd suggest slugging the bore to determine what size bullet it takes .308 or .311"+.

@Badger :

Do you have to do anything special to it or just put it in the resizing die and trim it to the right length with a case cutter ?
