I am new to reloading but have read quite a bit about it both online and in my speer reloading manual. I just did up 50 rounds of .308 and had a few questions about them.

I only have the one kind of powder so far (Hogdon H380). I had bought it for .243 wincester loads and it seems to work well in them. I purchased some Nosler CustomCompetition 155grain HPBT bullets because they were onsale and supposed to be decent. My manual doesn't list these bullets, but it does list 150grn FMJ BT, 165grn HPBT and 168grn HPBT all with a starting load of 45grains and a maximum compressed load of 49 grains of H380 all with magnum primers. I just want to double check that I'll be ok with 45-47 grains of H380 pushing these bullets before I fire them. I can't seem to find any data on Hogdon's website using H380 for .308.

Also, while resizing the new brass, I had a couple of cases where the case neck seems to have folded/indented. Is this caused by too much lube? I've seen dented shoulders because of too much lube. Can I fire them through the sizing die again to fix them or...?

Are you using a bolt gun or a semi? Too much lube can be a bad thing. Hydrualicking can cause intents due to high pressures building up on case sides.
I keep using them if they're not too bad.
Some operating systems require different propellants to function.

"...the vertical line..." Likely too much lube. Lube the case body and lightly inside the case mouth.
H380 will be ok. It's one spot slower that BL-C2 on Hodgdon's burn rate chart. You'll get better accuracy with IMR4064 or Varget though.
Nosler doesn't have 155 grain data on their site either. Hodgdon just didn't test H380 when they worked up the data on their site. It does appear in an old Hodgdon manual I have. No 155 grain bullets in it either. They're Palma match bullets. Load for the bullet weight. Who made it doesn't matter. There's some data here. http://www.6mmbr.com/308win.html
And hordes of data on Reloadersnest.com. Three of which are with your Noslers, but using IMR4064 and Varget from a Nosler manual. You don't need magnum primers though.

h-380 in 308

Not 308 but in my 30-06 garrand i have used h-380 with 168 grain match bullets loaded at 45.6gns and 147 the same and i have not had any function problems and have used H-380 in my bolt gun with 168`s at 45gns but grouping was not as good as imr 4064 .

Any suggestions for reloading .308 based cartridges ( i currently shoot .243 and .308 but am looking for a 7mm-08 aswell)?
I used the RCBS case lube 2 and pad, I didn't think i put it on too thick but i guess I was wrong.
