Hello.

Just curious, if anyone does reload .338 Lapua cartridge for their Remington 700 Police? I have some 250 gr. Lapua Scenar HPBT bullets and Lapua brass and wondering, if somebody will be kind enough to share their "recipe" with me?
I'm aware, that IMR website and reloaders nest have plenty of .338 Lapua loading data available, but would like to know, if somebody had mastered their load for this particular rifle and wouldn't mind sharing it with me.

Thank you in advance!

You have to work up the load for your rifle from data in your manual. No two will shoot the same ammo the same way.
My Lyman manual gives an 'accuracy' load for each bullet weight. I've always started with that powder for whatever new cartdrige I'm working on. It's worked fine for 30 years or so.
"...IMR website..." Hodgdon owns IMR. I think I'd start with H4350 though. The starting load is 74 grains instead of the 80 to 101.5 of some powders.
