Get a 3 die set with both neck and full size dies.
If you only neck size and use some hot loads, your brass won't chamber after few reloads and you will need to full lenght size anyway.

If budget only allow for 2 dies then my advice is to go with full lenght.

bronco mudder has the right idea
but chances are your brass wont fit so just to be on the safe side full length size-shoot-then neck size
then youll have no problems

Start with the minimum of a FL die set, the neck sizer won't help unless the brass already fits the chamber. I personally would do what others have reccomended and get a neck sizer also because you will need it eventually. Look at the Forster set with the benchrest bullet seater and add the neck sizer to make it a three die set, they are cheaper than the Redding and make excellent precise reloads.
