Reloading bench question??

Hi guys.

What kind of bench are people using to reload??? I have a Gorilla rack type workbench that seems sturdy enough to me to mount my press on. I'm thinking it should do but please correct me if wrong. I will be reloading .223 / 22-250.

Very small (18" x 24"), crude, ugly, unfinished, too embarrassing to post - but functional.

Made with dull stone tools out of unfinished second-growth scrub at a time when $$$ were simply absent.

Have always preferred to upgrade firearms and loading gear than worry about cosmetic foolery. If I cannot show it with pride, I can take pride in the groups taped to the stoarge cupboard above it.

I used the plan in one of those links, then adjusted it for my size/room and it works for me.

My bench was cheeeeep I picked up kitchen cabinets, mounted a 2x4 along the wall then used 3/4 plywood I was given (2X8) and mounted it all to the wall its great

There is lots of help here on reloading benches.Lots of ideas and links to plans.
