Reloading Components in Ottawa/Gatineau

Hi everyone,

I'm having some trouble finding sources for reloading components in the national capital region. I'm specifically looking for sources for powder, since it's a bit of a pain in the butt to ship compared to other components. Le Baron hasn't had what I need in stock for months! I've heard that the Stittsville range sells components, but they're rarely open and I'm having trouble finding out when they're open and what they actually have in stock. Is there anywhere else in the area that has a good supply of reloading components, especially smokeless powder?

I also have a second question. Do you need a PAL to pick up reloading components? I'm considering having family in the Toronto area pick up supplies for me if I buy them over the phone, but none of them have a PAL.

You should only need a PAL to buy live ammo or firearms.

That said, some stores ask for it for powder, primers etc if they don't recognize you as a regular, or some do it for everyone as store policy.
