I am trying to consolidate my powder buying to one brand for my shotguns and handgun .40SW
I am currently using Alliant Promo Powder in my 12G with excellent resluts, but have yet to come across any reloading pistol data for it.
Anyone have something that will help?
Alliant lists it as similar but more dense than red dot with a 3.8 gr load in 38SAP
So with a .40SW would it be safe to try a load at 3.0gr of promo?
