Reloading environment affects ballistics?

If you make up batches in different temps and humidities, does that affect your powder and load accuracy?

That is to say, does your powder 'capture' the reload room environment and store it in the case until the round is fired, thereby adding a potential variable to your reloads by affecting burn rates, or whatever?

Modern smokeless powders are not viciously hydroscopic and mass is mass at any temperature. Shouldn't make a lick of difference.
I'm either too carefree, or you're bordering on paranoia:D
 
Benchresters often load at the range on the day of the shoot. This is more to do with them being able to fine-tune their loads to the environmental conditions in real-time than any other reason however
