I'm looking to get into reloading and am starting from scratch. I've noticed there are a few all inclusive kits out there with all the necessary components. Are these worthwhile? If so what is a good recommended package to go with? I've been looking at the RCBS Supreme Master Reloading Kit.

I just bought that exact kit a month or two ago. So far it is working out very well for me. I am currently only loading .308 win. There are a couple things not included in the kit that you will probably need fairly quickly though (aside from dies and shell holders); mostly a case trimmer and a set of calipers, but a powder trickler, and a primer pocket brush are pretty usefull too. I also weigh every charge, so the powder measure isn't totally necessary. I usually try and set it about half a grain or so low then trickle up to my desired charge weight. Even if you decided to leave the powder trickle out though you pretty much end up with the same price or more just buying the other pieces of the kit individually, so the kit is still a decent deal. If you have a chance look for them in states, I wish I would have.

###+++ on RCBS service. I broke some parts ( primer removal pins) and phoned...they sent replacements free of charge. Another nice thing to get is a digital scale as I found the provided scale is not very accurate. At least the one I had. A big plus is reloading books. read again and again til you understand. Then come on here and ask questions. Loading wrong can be dangerous.
