Reloading for K-31 question...

Is reloading for a straight pull equivalent to reloading for a bolt action? Should I neck size for it? If not, how many reloads does one usually get from the brass?

You're better off full length resizing. If you're lucky you might get 2 necksized reloads before having to full length resize anyway due to bolt not being able to close on case. Load it the way you would a semi-auto.
