Reloading for newbies sticky Idea

I'm a newbie to reloading, my proposal is to get a sticky thread made up with regards to what the equipment outlay would be, how to's supply sources that sort of thing. I think we all can stand to get more practice with our pieces and get a break from factory ammo prices that are set to go through the roof(China driving up the price of copper, Iraq & Afghanistan war drying up supplies).
