Reloading for the 455 webley

I am looking for reloading data for the 455 webley mkII cartridge. Ammo is to be fired from an original un nitro-proofed Webley mkII. I'm planning on using BP however I'd like to shoot something cleaner if possible. Still looking for a local (ontario) source of bullets as well. Thanks
