I would like to start reloading. Can you guys give me an insight on package kits that you'd recommend?

Start with a reloading manual. At the beginning of each manual is a run down of all the reloading equipment out there, what you "must have" to get started, step by step instructions on how to reload, and of course, reload data.

Buy one, read it, and then come back for advice.

I recently picked up a copy of "The ABCs of Reloading 7edition" off of the net and it seems to be the easiest to understand. I have Barnes, Speer, and Nosler books that are more technical but they assume you already have something else you have read first. This book came highly recommended by a couple of other loaders. Wholesale was out of stock so I googled. Read it a couple of times to get the feel and then ask questions. The book will answer a lot of your questions from the start.
