Reloads at Canadian bases?

Hello, new to the forum, and building experience reloading.

This year I plan to do some training, and perhaps a competition at Borden base in Ontario. I have read, in the past, reloads weren't allowed at Canadian bases, and more recently that they are. Anyone with recent experience can confirm which is correct?

From what Im aware, the use of reloaded ammo was allowed at matches in the past. Id get hold of the match director and he will point you in the rite direction.

There's a document on reloading from the Ontario Rifle Association with the status of the agreement they have, at least for ORA members at ORA events.
