Yeah, all the popular powders are low inventory or out of stock. My stash of H4350 is running out and I couldn't find much of that out there. So I got the RL-16, instead. Supposed to be even more temperature stable than H4350.
 
RL16 is every bit as temp stable as H4350, but will give +100 fps at the same PSI

It's a very good powder, glad I picked up 8lbs of it last year
 
N150 or N550 are good subs, can't remember if it's IMR4166 or 4451 is another, Staball is in that crowd. Good amounts of N150 and 550 around still in a few places, Higginson has IMR still, Bullseye and some others have Staball.
 
Reloder 16 for my 30-06 it shoots lights out with it. However I can't make a group to save my life with 4350 in that gun. Works epic in my 243 though.
