Rem 1100 20 ga Price

I have a Rem 1110 20 gauge Skeet that's built on a 12 ga frame, wood is excellent but there is some hand ware on the blueing at the bottom of the receiver and a small rub on the barrel just ahead of the forearm that's about 3/8" long. The gun has a low round count and the blueing on the mag tube is about 97 %. I would give the rest of the gun a 85 % rating. What would be a fair selling price ?
 
The serial number ends in X and it has a matching serial number on the bottom of the barrel . I will try to get some pictures on the site in a few days.
