I have a pre '77 Skeet-B 1100 12 ga. with a 26" VR fixed Skeet choke. Measured the barrel muzzle ID at .742"
Is the normal for skeet barrels?

Gun also came with a 30" VR fixed Full choke which has been reamed out to Imp. Mod by my reckoning of ID at .712".
Would this barrel be setup for Trap?

To be honest, the 1100 fits me and swings nice and cycles any light load I've put in it I've gotten more Grouse in upland hunting with this type of gun. She's well used, but keeps working.
Have a nice Savage Milano 20ga. Beautiful gun, but will eventually sell as it doesn't point to me as nice as this old 1100.

Also have an X-Frame 20ga Standard Weight receiver only, but not parts. Would love to build that shotgun, but losing hope in parts acquisitions.

The old normal for a 12 gauge bore is around .725. The new normal is .740 to .750. Many barrel workers have modified older barrels from the .725 to the larger diameter (even up to .800) to lessen recoil and improve patterns. A skeet choke will be around .005 constriction. An improved modified choke will be around .025. IM is a great all round choke for trap.

It sounds like you have a great shotgun that works well for you. Often, 1100 barrels are the most valuable part of the gun.

What is an X Frame?

Thanks for that info.
I have no way to tell how much and where the restriction starts for the Skeet barrel and will need to talk to someone who has bore gauges, but it seems all is in order for that barrel.

The X is the last digit on a standard 12 ga 1100 frame that was made to use 20ga. Hence, "Standard Weight". Back in the day these were the rage as you get a 12 ga weight/feel in a 20 ga Skeet gun. Lower recoil, but same swing as your 12 ga.
The only problem is most 12 ga 1100 parts will not just drop in this receiver and I'm not sure which part will or not work here. The magazine tube is still 12 ga size also.
