Rem 12 value

I`ve recently inherited a bunch of firearms and need to sell a few off however I have one that I can not price fairly,it is a remington model sportsman 12 magmun in 12 gauge,it looks identical to a 870.This gun is in excellent shape,a 30 in full choke fixed barrel and low round count (uncle never used it much and passed away 20 plus years ago).Anyone know a aprox. value .Thanks Mike

If you go by online sales, asking prices are $250.00--$325.00.

Found one last year at our local gun show for the young fellow who use to
frequent around here.
It was it great shape and I do believe it was in around the $250 mark.
