rem 40x 243 twist

This .243 has a 1/8 twist. how does this compare to 1/10 1/12 or 1/14 twist?

I have a 1:8 twist .243 and it works great with berger 105gr VLD

8" twists are designed to stabilize longer (and thus heavier) bullets. In a target load, the 105-115 grain bullets would work very well at a 243's velocities.
