Rem 572 Buckskin Tan 22 pump action (unusual find)

A friend of mine received this Gem, Rem 572 Buckskin Tan 22 pump from a neighbor the other day free of charge, any info would be appreciated. The Gun Case has a $2.50 Tag, where assuming that was the cases price and the Barrel has a 1955 stamp, could not find any serial #.

Great gopher gun. Load it up with hollow point shorts and use the excellent iron sight it comes with .

Definately a neat find was also available in teal wing blue and crow wing black there was a wtb ad in the EE not long ago for the buck skin tan version if I remember correctly. Probably worth more than the average 572.

Looks like they sell for $600-800 state side, likely less up here. Nice find.
