I got a new rivet and spring, but the cocking handle on the 597 is still VERY loose.
Is the rivet, that holds down the retainer spring, supposed to sit flush on the bolt body, or ride high? I can only push the rivet in 2mm or so, and the head of the rivet rides high, leaving alot of up and down play on that thin flat metal retainer spring. It's been like this since day one so I don't know if that is normal or not. Thanks in advance.
