So interesting moment today...
I went to the gun club with my new Rem 597 that I got at Christmas. The range officer was inspecting it before I went in (First time using it) and he said OH your ejector pin and spring is missing thats weird, you can still use it but will jam alot, I did and it did jam alot. But why the hell was this missing, I can almost guarantee it was not there when I bought it because this is the first time it left the house,
Will Bass pro fix this for me? Not sure how to prove to them that it was there fault.

) I've since sold said rifle. It is a common problem with the 597. Good luck
