Rem. 700 5R in .223

Has anyone tried the 5R in .223. I know guys love their rifles in .308 but I just found the new caliber while looking at Ltr's. What's the twist rate..better or worse that a 700P

I have one, I love it. Twist is 1:9.
Couldn't get Varget to group well with the 69gr Mk's. Strangely tho, H-335 do one hole 5 shots with these bullets at 100y. It's a fast powder for the bullet weight, but it works like magic, go figure.

Also pickedup a .223 in addition to the .308, trigger changed, now externally adjustable for weight, rest no difference. Still underrated.
