Looking for rem 700 front action screw and bolts stop spring, but trying to avoid Brownells shipping charges. Who sells small parts in Canada?

With Brownell's it's all about choosing the right shipping option. One time it was $14, 1st class mail, the other time $42, Express mail. I thought they were the same, I was wrong... Unfortunately you don't find out until they've shipped your order and it's too late then. I always order extra stuff to make shipping count.
