REM 700 PILLARS

Does anyone have a source for the correct tooling to cut the radius on the top of the pillar to match the 700 Action?

You can fly cut them in a lathe or a drill press or a mill... or use a grinding wheel that measures about 1.350"... it doesn't have to be exact as you end up skim bedding on top of them.

What torque should be used for a pillar bedded wood stock Rem. 700 ?

Pretty tight on the front screw, not quite that tight on the rear.
