Rem 700 scope rail??

Just gettin' started with this kind of shooting.

I have a Rem 700 20in 223 and plan on mounting a fixed 10power Elite scope on it.
Going to do coyote and other varmint hunting and some "tactical" kind of plinking with it.

Looking for reccomendations on a base/ring setup. Thinking a one piece rail would be strong and offer some flexibility with scope positioning??

Looking to keep the price reasonable but get a decent quality setup that will be solid, look good and of course hold it's zero.
