Rem 700 SPS/ EGW rail/1in 40mm obj scope..... ring height?

Can someone help me with ring height question?

I have a Rem700 SPS 223 wearing a EGW pic rail.

I want to mount a Bushnell 1in 10x 40mm obj scope and am looking to verify ring height beforr shoppping online for rings.

I am thinking med height wil be required?? Would I get away with low rings??
