rem 700 xcr compact .223

Hey guys, just got my first rifle and looking to use it for precision shooting (only have access to 300 yds right now) and coyote hunting.
Im slowly going crazy saving for glass. Just wondering if anybody else has one and how it shoots... it has some nice features but does it shoot any better then a cheaper rem 700?

I have one of these, and I like it, but it honestly doesn't shoot any better than my SPS Tactical, which IIRC was about half the price. It does have a nicer finish, and of course the stainless is nice as well. If I had to replace either or both of these guns right now, I'd probably go with a Savage.
