Rem 760 sight up-grade

Need some suggestions on 760 Gamemaster sights. I recently replaced the Weaver tip-offs with a Weaver pivot I had laying around. The front blade is missing so I'm looking for a replacement or to just upgrade the sights in general.

Is there any replacement sights that still utilize the early style ramps?

Recommendations?

The front sight ramp has a standard 3/8" dovetail. You just need one of the correct height.
A lot of folks are installing ones with fiber optic rods instead of a bead.
