well some do and some do not
we are doing a run of mag tubes that will fit flush with the muzzle of the 18.5 inch new Winchester spx

yes you new the new long like 600,000 cycle spring and no jam follower.

How long the spring is on that kit? Does the spring is for all of the remington magazine sizes, is it universal? I have a 870 magpul edition with the long magazine (6 shots I think) so does the spring that come with the +1 will be long enough or do I need the spring of the +2 ou +3 kit to fit? Thanks


In other words, do the spring from the +1 +2 or +3 kit are all the same? One size fit all kinda?

Its a long ones size fits all.
We were putting a shorter spring with the +1. But we found a large amount oof people were buying then for the new rem 870 tactical & magpul with the longer fixed mag tube.
So we are providing the +1 with the 7 shot spring
Lots in stock as do our dealers, one shot tactical, P&D,aerios defense hopllite tactical and many others.

So would this spring be too long for a norinco pump with a 4 shot capacity?

yes, but you can cut it down. other then the norinco spring not being good quality, you "may" not need a longer spring for a standard 4 shot 870 or norinco/DA arms copy.
the main thing you need on the norinco is a new follower. and to clean of the cosmolin out of the mag tube.

I ordered this as part of the package with the 14" factory barrel. It came in last week and I installed it but I can't fit an extra 2 3/4" shell in there, it still holds only 4 in the tube.

Is there something I'm doing wrong? I used the mag follower but kept the factory spring.

do you have a newer express (post 1992) or a police or wingmaster

Sounds like you have some mag tube dimples that need removing.
 
I have an early 2000's 870 that I put the new 14" barrels and +1 on (new spring cut down and follower) and it fits 5 rounds with zero issues. Cannot say enough how much I like this set up and the fit and finish of the +1 from S&J is absolutely awesome! Defiantly recommend this product.
 
Hey Simon,

Is there anywhere I can find instructions on installing the sling plate. I see where it should go (from the pic on the website) but I don't know how to attach it. I'm assuming the extra ring with the narrow opening has something to do with it lol. Sorry, I'm not very good at this hands on stuff.
