Rem. 870 Extension question - and sling?

Im hoping to buy an 18.5" barrel for my 870 - what size of extension tube can I get away with to have it flush with the shorter barrel?

Also - I currently have a sling swivel on the endcap for my standard magazine - what are my options for a stable replacement with the extension/short barrel?

for a 18.5'' barrel, you need a + 2 extension.

if you buy say a tacstar extension,

to install a sling, you can buy a wilson combat front
sling adapter plate like this :

or you can buy a S & J hardware made extension with built in sling plate

Does anyone know where I can find that front sling plate from a Canadian distributor/online store? Everyone seems to carry the rear plate, but no luck on the front one..
