REM 870 Laminated

That is gorgeous! I especially like the thumbhole stock and how it shows off the laminate. Where did you pick that up or did you make it youself?

Hey,
No I didn't make it myself, I wish I was that good with wood. I was made by Jerry Jimerson Custom Gun Stocks. Jerrys service was excellent and his comunication was second to none. He made this up for me and I had it within a week. The fit is great, with only a minor adjustment to the forend. Cost me $ 120 US plus $ 50 shiping. It came with the new mounting hardware recoil pad installed and finished in a satin as you can see. Overall I'm verry happy with this new setup. Should make a nice Turkey Gun.

As for the 870.

It's an 870 Express Super mag, wearing a 30" Vent Rib.

It's a very nice stock set up, I just have to wonder how the 30 inch pipe feels and handles with a thumbhole.

Actualy, not bad. I thought the same thing when I decided to order the thumbhole, but its a thick grip and it's actualy pretty good. This gun also has a 21" slug barel for Deere.
