Does anyone know if I can put a Remington 870 "Law Enforcement Only" Top Folding Stock on my 14" HP9 and still make the 26" OAL, or will it be to short? Thanks

I believe Pete is correct. One member here posted pictures of his 16 inch 870 with that stock, and it just barely made it.

Thanks for the info guys. What about the Speedfeed pistol grip? I know there was a thread on this before but I don't think the question was answered. Will the Speedfeed make the 26 OAL on a 14" 870? Also is the any folding stock that will make the OAL? The new Knoxx Specops folder ? Sage telescopic ? Thanks again.

I BELEIVE that the knoxx tactical folder will go on a 14 inch and be legal. But you'd want to triple check that. (it's a pretty cool stock)

I just put one together to see. With an S&J sling mount it is still under 26". (Aprx 25 1/4") I measured to be sure because I was curious before too.

If you permanenty fixed a muzzle attatchment such as a Dlask Breacher, then you would be good to go.

Sorry baby seal - i'm not familiar with an s&J mount - are you saying to tried the knoxx or another type?

I beleive what he means is he installed Simon's single point sling adapter in between the reciever and stock, and the extra 1/4 inch didn't give him the needed length.

Ahh, makes sense. But which stock - the knoxx folder or the speedfeed?

Man, I missed alot of info in my post. I meant to say that I put a remington factory LEO folder on my 14" shotgun to see and yes, even with the extra 1/4" from the sling point it was still under 26 inces. (about 25 1/4" actually)

I knew the the protusion at the rear of the stock would bring it close, so I had to try. Unfortunately, you need to find an extra inch somewhere to use that stock.

I have heard good things from people about the knoxx stocks though. Cant wait to try one myself.

I have an LEO stock for sale though if you decide you want one.

Thanks for the info guys. Anyone actually try putting on the Speedfeed pistol grip ( pistol grip only ) with a 14" barrel?
