Rem 870 mag extention

I wanted to know what is the shortest barrel we can use on a Rem 870 with a plus 3 mag extention?

Can use a 12.5" shorty barrel if you want, the tube will only stick out by itself.

If you want it to blend decently, then 18.5" barrel is optimal for the +3 extension.

I have 12.5" , 18.5" & 26" barrels for my 870's and clone. Waiting on +4 tube right now.
