Rem 870 Rifle Sights

i have a wingmaster with a smooth bore barrel with rifle sights. i can usually hit a 3' or so group with 3 rounds. i think thats great but im not the best shot. ive been thinking about getting some fibre optics sights to replace the factory ones for a little more brightness. however id like them to be the same profile as the factory ones. what are my options if any? and whats the overviews on the fibre optic rifle sights? better? worse? what about tritium?

Does your sights now have the triangle on the back( centered under the notch) and a white dot on the front bead?
Or is the front bead brass colored or black?
I like a brass bead best up front but the white dot's work pretty good as well and I've noticed some remington rifle sights have the white triangle on the rear sight and some have the triangle there but it's not highlighted and if that's the case highlighting it might help and also a dab of white on the front if its black. Nail polish is durable just pick a bright color that works for you....

Perhaps something similar such as the following.....if I'm not too off track the Remington shotgun bbl is also equipped with the same type of sights found on their CF rifles. Personally, I've found that fibre optic sites assist quite a bit during dusk/dawn conditions.

I have an older 870 WM combo and after noticing the end sight was almost completely off the gun I went into the local gun shop and and picked up a set of Fire Sights by Williams. The gunsmith needed an extra part for the rear sight since the different in age of the barrel and sights to make it fit. But in the end I had new easier to see sights for dogging deer hunting, and on the last day of the controlled hunt for me I got a buck fawn with it.
