Rem 870 stock question

I was wondering from someone with experience if the stocks on 12 guage and 20 guage remington 870 are interchangeable? Thanks for any input!

No, they are different frame widths.

It depends on the age of the gun and the model. Current models have different frame sizes however older 20 gauge 870s (pre-1972) and Skeet models were built on the same frame as the 12 gauge.
