They are availaible to the civilian market, very long wait acording to Nicholls atleast 18-24 months and it would carry a price tag in the $12,000.00 area for the complete package. Call one of the many Canadian builders we talk about here and get them to quote you on a copy of it, most of the builders we talk about can build one to the same specs, maybe even better.

Remington M24 sws"FULL DEPLOYMENT KIT" go for $6000.00 USD "RETAIL" there should be no reason why you could not import one into Canada for $ 9500.00 all in "tax's,shipping ,import charges, exchange " I can have one imported inside a month IF you are serious about getting one I can arrange it .Shipping the beast is expensive as the whole kit weighs in at over 67lbs not to mention the insurance on the whole package

Why not build one? That's what I'm doing. Buy a Remington 700P, a Leupold Tactical scope (M3 Ultra?), and work your way up from there. Ends up costing you less, and is MUCH more rewarding.
