rem model 7 stock on 660?

Does anyone know if the model 7 stock will fit onto the older 660's and 600's?

I never tried it but I would have concerns around these areas. They are different on both guns.
1. The Tang
2. The Safety Lever
3. The Floorplate/triggerguard Assy.

With a Dremel and Acraglass, you can make it fit. Won't be pretty tho'. - dan
