Hello all.
Quick question to see if anyone has run into this.
I just replaced the breech bushing (white plastic piece in the back of the bolt), I replaced it with a black plastic one that I was told was the only replacement available.
Now when I shoot the gun, the bolt will not stay open and catches the spent shell on the way out until i shoot about 5 shells.
The it will be ok for a few shells and eventually catch at least 1 or 2 more before the 25 are done.
Any idea if the black bushing was actually incorrect or did I miss anything else.
The spring and all other bolt parts had not wear or marks on them.
Thanks again.

The black buffer is the correct one. Did you drill it yourself and install it? Does the bolt lock open when manually pulled to the rear? Sounds like the bolt is not getting to the rear far enough. Make sure all pistons and O rings are installed properly. When you replaced the buffer did you remove and service the action spring and follower in the buttstock?

Degrease / clean the gas piston, rings, and outside of mag with break cleaner and wipe it clean and dry. Assemble dry, and it should be fine. Lightly lube the action bars, and other moving parts.
