Remington 243 ADL Conversion?

I have a new Remington ADL 243 synthetic. I would like to switch it out to a detachable mag is it even possible? How hard is it to find parts? (Stocks, bottom metal.) Can my current stock be converted to work or will it require a new stock? Cost estimate?

My local shop says they can send any remington 700 to their repair centre and have a factory remington mag installed, $150 +tx. Talk to your local Remington dealer.

Keep an eye out in the EE section......or you could order a Kwik Clip conversion kit,but I have heard they are not very good......

Personnally I'd sell your ADL.....and just Buy a New SPS with detachable mag.
Less Headache and WAY cheaper in the long run anyways

yup, sell it and buy a SPS DM, way less hassle. Now, if you want a rifle that has a high quality stock, and a real good detach mag system, check out HS precision. lots of money though
